    Situated in the Rivierenbuurt, PROJECT-Yoga & Pilates is a friendly studio offering a variety of classical yoga and pilates classes. We have built our programme of 60 minute classes to achieve results using a highly effective yet laidback approach. While you’re here, don’t forget to check out the PROJECT-Shop where you can browse a curate selection of casual and athletic clothing and accesssories. Find our small group classes on our weekly schedual. Private classes are available on request.

    We welcome students of all levels to make the most out of our small size classes taught by our internationally educated and experienced trainers.

    Häufig gestellte Fragen

    Each of our fitness-focused classes are designed to improve your strength, flexibility and balance, relieving stress and supporting weight loss along the way. Join us for a class and do a favor for the overall well-being of your mind and body.
    For your first time visit, arrive 15 min before class starts so we can introduce you to the studio and get to know each other. Bring your own mat and block if needed, a bottle of water and wear something comfortable and stretchy. We have taken measures to keep our studio safe while keeping it cosy and relaxed. Hand sanitiser, mat sanitiser and appropriately spaced mats make it easy to get your yoga/pilates fix while your mind is at ease.
    Due to COVID-19 we have no mats, towels or props in the studio. Be prepared, come in yoga outfit and use your personal necessities.
    We teach small group classes with 10 spots available. Please respect our 8 hour cancelation policy, there is no refund for no-shows. Please mail emergencies to info@projectyoga.nl for cancelations within the 8 hour window.
    PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MAT Due to COVID-19 we have no mats, towels or props in the studio. Be prepared, come in yoga outfit and use your personal necessities
