Reiki Level 1 Training: Awaken Self Healing

Take your first step on the Reiki way and awaken self healing.

In this course we will be activating our innate healing abilities with the focus being on self healing, clearing energy channels and reconnecting with the flow of sacred energy. 

Join this transformative container to align to the truest you. As well as self healing you will also leave with practical skills to bring this healing energy to friends, family, pets and plants. By the end of this training you will be attuned with Reiki energy.

What to expect:

A jam packed day of learning sacred wisdom from this healing art, its traditions and practical sessions. 

We will cover:

• How energy and energy healing works
• Carry out a self Reiki treatment 
• Perform a reiki treatment on others
• The hand positions for healing
• The aura, chakras and their meanings
• How to create a sacred and safe space for treatments
• Care and aftercare
• How Reiki can enhance all areas in your life and spiritual development
• The history and story of reiki and Master Usui
• Your Lineage
• Principles of Reiki

Good To Know:

To prepare for the course, avoid heavy foods, alcohol, unnecessary pharmaceuticals the evening before.

Plan to have a restful evening after the course. It’s a lot of information to take in on a cellular level. I recommend rest to integrate afterwards.

• Lunch (can be bought from local cafes) - we will have 1 hour lunch break where you can do as you please

Amy: Oracley founder Amy is attuned to Reiki through Lou, so we are sharing this energetic connection and continuing it's path of Reiki lineage and magick with those who sign up to courses with us.
