This event is designed to give us the space to take care of our mental health and harmonize our nervous system.

If you are going through/recovering from a burnout, dealing with chronic pain, anxiety, migraines, or simply need to slow down, this event might offer you some support.

Acupuncture: Five acupuncture points will be stimulated on the ear with small needles with the purpose of activating the vagus nerve. The vagus nerve is a pathway in our bodies connecting the brain to several vital organs and are therefore playing an important role in regulating digestion, heart rate, hormonal health and emotional health. When activated the bodies relaxation response takes place and promotes the body to release tension, inflammation and to heal. 

During this community session you're guided through a meditation that helps you focus on your breath and the sensations in your body. This combination of treatments can deeply soothe your mind and emotions and helping to release tension and stress leaving you feeling more balanced and connected."

While receiving the benefits of the acupuncture practice, you will also experience a sound bath to help you enter a meditative state and enhance your healing process.
