SSP | Salsa Body Connection with Steffi & Carlos

This summer, we offer workshops to bring your salsa skills to the next level! For the Saturdays, we invited teachers from other well known Dutch dance schools to share their unique style and technique in our Salsa Inspiration Series. We welcome you to be surprised and inspired!

Salsa Body Connection

Steffi (NL) & Carlos (IT) are the guest teachers of last workshop in our Salsa Inspiration Series. In the Salsa Body Connection Workshop, they will be teaching a mix of their own two specialties.

Carlos’ specialty is Salsa Groove, a new approach to salsa maintaining its roots but focusing on one's inner Groove, the feeling that moves our body and spirit. Here we play with the different timing and rhythms that music offers.

Steffi will be focusing on the embodiment of the body and your essence in the fundamentals of Salsa. We will be working on awareness and flow in moving organically, helping to feel freedom in your own body.

Three workshops on Saturday

The workshops will take place on Saturday from 12 to 2 PM. You can choose to follow the complete series of choose one or two separate workshops.
