This workshops smoothly blends two words: one of exotic pole dance, and one of Frame Up Strip dance. It's characteristic feature is a high level of musicality and a large number of move isolations.

In this workshop you will learn how to recreate the song through dance. It is not only a pretty choreography, but a story told by movement. You will learn moves that will broaden your skills, open your head for new movement possibilities, and improve fine & precise body control.

Bring leggings, kneepads, a blouse covering your back, pole boots or sandals.
