Also referred to as Strip Plastique or "strip plastika," Strip Plastic is originally inspired by striptease and has evolved into its own distinctive style, merging with elements of contemporary dance emphasising fluidity and sensuality.

Our classes focus on floorwork, acrobatics, transitions, leg-work, and musicality, all aimed at showcasing the fluidity of this style.

Beyond the physical benefits, as strength and flexibility, our classes promote self-expression and confidence.

Each lesson presents a new challenge—a new choreography, a new role—where you'll push your boundaries and discover the artistry within yourself.
