Back to the roots - learn sensual choreographies on spinning pole!

In this class you will learn a choreographed sequence with a big dose of beginner on-the-pole tricks like climbing and sitting in pretty shapes. Poles are set on spinning mode which makes the choreos beautiful and dynamic.

It is beneficial if you attended our Intro to Pole Heels classes first, where we teach basic exotic techniques on both sides without music, but it is not required.

You don't need to have pole dance experience to join this class!
